Waco Tic-Tac-Toe (19xx, Lights, 2 D Batteries, Model# ??)

Reported in the book High Score: The Illustrated History of Computer Games to be the oldest handheld electronic game they could find. (Although this is has been proven incorrect by the discovery of Cragstan Periscope, this is probably the oldest electronic game in the plastic age (Periscope is made of metal).)
